Very pleasant stay - We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in late September 2022.

The room: we had the Heritage room, nicely decorated, clean, with balcony overviewing the pool.
The grounds:... Read More clean and well maintained, the pool cleaned every morning, maintenance staff present everywhere doing their job.
The tours: all tours we booked with the hotel desk went as planned, jeep/minibus picked us from the hotel in the morning and brought us back at the end of the excursion.
It is a quiet and relaxing place, exactly what we wanted.
Please note: if you're a party person or you want to enjoy an evening at a restaurant on the Rapti river banks you'll have to take a taxi to "downtown" Sauraha
Special thanks for Rabi - hotel supervisor and Sandip - guide, who went out of their way to help us both with the daily trips and putting us on a minibus for our next destination in times of Dashain Tika Festival, when everything was busy and hectic.

They also had a lovely outdoor pool which we only used once but was refreshing after a day in the the Chitwan heat.
The staff were all amazing, special thanks to both the hotel manager and tour guide for making our stay in Chitwan relaxing and interesting. The breakfast, lunch and dinner where all fantastic, and the staff super attentive, anything you wanted they would get you with no complaints.
The tour guide we had was awesome, with expansive knowledge of the local flora and fauna and had excellent English and was always smiling . We went on daily walks through the community forest with him and he showed us a host of natural wonders.

Read More is quite large and green. It's pleasant to just walk around and feel the nature even though the modern amenities like swimming pool and sauna are right there. It was hot when I was there so I used the pool right away. My friend and I got one of the best rooms they had, and it didn't disappoint. We had our own balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the greenery, the room was clean, the painting on the wall was subtle and pleasing, and the bath tub design was quite impressive. The food and the service also were top notch. Definitely recommended!

Worst hospitality - We had booked two villas here but the management was so ignorant that they gave our booking to other customer who came earlier without informing us. They were not even... Read More sorry. We were all tired and reached there at almost 7 in the evening thinking we had already booked . The staffs were super uncooperative and also the manager gave an excuse that the guest who sat one day before did not check out our booked villas. That level of hospitality deserves no star at all. Worst experience. It took us another one hour to get into another place and the staffs there did not even consider to help us find another hotel despite their mistake.

Plastic plates in restaurant. Buffet poor choice and not very tasty. Garden was nice. Deckchairs at swimming pool were filthy.
